You can schedule up to 50 posts a month for free, and instagram encourages this- which will not result in shadow bans or any kind of expulsion. This creates a more timely and systematic approach to keep consistant, take some of the daily distractions of always posting on the fly, and keep reaching interested buyers and people looking for Realtors on their home buying journey. Make it easy for them to trust and be enthusiastic about working with you!
4.) Stay up to date with Trends: Social media moves fast! Every time I consult chatgpt, the information and tips and tricks, it already seems behind and stale. There are numerous ways to stay ahead of the curve, but luckily, if you put in the work of harvesting the right information, you will have more niche information than the people who just rely soley on chatgpt and AI.

5.) Post Consistently and place yourself as an expert:
